Over the years the Society has been involved in a number of
specific projects,
including:
· The creation of a garden beneath the tree on the corner of Launceston Road in memory of Len Phillips.
· The successful establishment at the Millenium, of the 10 mile Two Steeples Walk with accompanying leaflet.
· An extensive exhibition in South Wigston showing “Now and Then” photographs was held in 2006.
Major developments over the last few years have been;
